Advantages of Coco Coir
The horticulture industry has seen a significant demand for more food production from greenhouse crops per square meter than ever before. Today, it’s even more important to have a high quality, sustainable and reliable growing substrate that meets the demands of growers and plants alike, and coconut coir is the answer.
Coco fibers offer an ideal organic base for all vegetation; it’s a natural, renewable resource that grows abundantly in tropical climates and is 100% biodegradable, unlike the common media options of the past. The external layer of the coconut, or husk as we know it, has been milled into ropes, door mats and brooms for centuries with the majority of coco waste being dumped in landfills, and then we discovered its mighty, reusable powers as a plant medium.
Coco fibers are a multi-faceted soil conditioner, composed of millions of capillary micro sponges that offer increased water holding capacity while still maintaining the crucial 30% aeration a plants root system requires. Coco peat is a homogenous material and can be easily and safely recycled back into our environment to improve the soil conditions around us – reducing the cost of expensive disposal practices that also harm our environment.
Its superior physical properties maintain the ability not to compact or shrink during the growth cycle, and coir offers exceptional structural support that will resist decomposing during plant growth, resulting in a precision growing environment.

Our Production Process
Each batch of handpicked raw materials are put through an extensive production process designed to produce highest quality coco peat certified and tested to meet client specific industry standards.
OUR PRODUCTS
PremiumCoir Grow Bags contain a blend of coco peat and coco chips. Selected raw materials are blended and compressed into a standard ratio to make slabs for the required size. This is the most desirable medium to grow in a soil-free environment with the latest technology.
The growers are moving away from 100% soil method and the demand for Pure coco and high-quality Hydroponic Grow Bags is increasing. There are many advantages in using grow bags such as Air water ratio, The Best medium for quick vegetation, Quicker root establishment, User-friendly and easy to handle
Optimizes the use of water and fertilizer, Convenient for transportation and storage and can buy for reasonable prices. They are ideal for commercial nurseries, greenhouses and home gardens.
Hydroponic grow bags are used for vegetable and fruit production such as Peppers, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Strawberries and etc. These grow bags are prepared in pressed, high-density bags with ultraviolet (UV) protection. Another advantage is that they are easy to transport before re-hydration. We provide pre-cut drain holes, planting holes and dripper holes as per customer requests.
All Premium Coir Cocopeat Grow bags are designed to meet the following:
- Black inner / White outer layer
- 2 Year UV treated
- Can be stacked on full pallets or ½ size box pallets
- Also available in naked, unwrapped slabs (without bag) if required
All Premium Coir Coco Peat disks are available in both Standard and Superior varieties.
Also available: Triple washed material for low Ec levels and Gerbera Disks made out of buffered materials.
